Marinos Gialeli is a Non-executive director supervising DPRG IM operations and administrative functions to insure proper accounts handling, integrity of the performance reporting process and adherence to institutional clientele demands among other industry standards.

As CEO of the Hotel Employees Provident Fund, Marinos runs its operations handing employees’ and employers’ contributions of about 241 hotels on Cyprus with the total asset base of 240mln. EUR and 14,500 overall contributing members.

His role includes advising the Board of Directors on the Fund’s strategy, implementation of its investment and management policies, monitoring in-house administration and external investment consultants and investment managers’ activities.

His responsibilities demand full employment of his extensive pension liability management and investment management knowledge, which he acquired during a twenty-four-year career in the industry.

As a non-Executive Director Marinos sits on the boards of DeltaΜark Fund Management Ltd and Exelcius Prime Ltd, both regulated by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as on the Board of Directors of LogosNet Ltd a wholly owned company of the Holy Archbishopric of Cyprus.

During 2013-2021 Marinos has also served with success as a Non-Executive Director of Bank of Cyprus public company Ltd through crises period and worked as a Member of the Audit, Risk, Strategy & Restructuring and Remuneration & HR Committees. In 2013-2014 He chaired the Board of General Insurance Ltd. and served as a Vice Chairman of the Board of JCC Payment systems.

Prior, Marinos used to serve as a Member of the Board of Eurolife Insurance, The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Ltd, BoC Oncology Centre and Unifast Finance & Investment Public Company Ltd.

Mr. Gialeli graduated in 1997 with first class honors from the Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey, where he studied Finance and Investments (MBA). In each year of his studies at the FDU he was awarded prizes for his outstanding academic performance.  Following graduation, he started out with Lieber & Weissman Securities, L.L.C., Wall Street, New York in 1998 as a Junior Trader.

After arriving in Cyprus at the end of 1999, he worked for CLR Financial Services and Harvest Financial Services, before joining the Hotel Employees Provident Fund in early 2004, where he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer to this day.

Marinos is a well-perceived team leader at work and among friends’n’family and enjoys hiking and fishing in his spare time.

Marios is a Non-executive Director in charge of oversight of the investment selection process and portfolio management operations. It is his duty to share responsibility with the investment management team for the integrity of the risk/reward tradeoff, dynamic asset allocation for L2ARS, as well as risk adjustments in securities allocations for different client group eligibility.
Marios is a self-motivated PhD-degreed over-achiever, with top industry profile, both on the investment management experience and educational accountabilities. His numerous academic publishing, as well as public service with a number of boards, deserves the highest recognition as a valuable resource of expertise in the field of leveraged finance and asset management.

Marios spent six years (2013-2019) heading the Investment Strategy and Advisory Management unit of Bank of Cyprus, Nicosia, where he was in charge of formulating overall investment direction for the Private Banking, Asset Management, Institutional Wealth Management and Premier Banking divisions.

Prior, Mr. Soupashis worked as Head of Brokerage at CISCO Ltd. (Bank of Cyprus Brokerage Unit) for thirteen years, where he’d grown the local market share to a record of over 20%. At the time of his departure Brokerage division generated more than 2mln Eur in fees per year.

Earlier (1996-1999), Marios handled client portfolios of over 70mln. Eur in factoring debt balances with Bank of Cyprus Factors Ltd. in Nicosia as an account officer.
Marios has done his Ph.D. in Economics at Middlesex University (2009) and earned his MBA in Finance at the University of Baltimore back in 1994.
Marios went to NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering to complete his BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Marios holds several professional certifications and licenses:
– Customer portfolio management, Ministry of Finance (Cyprus);
– Supervisor of Dealings in financial instruments sections, Ministry of Finance (Cyprus);
– Derivatives Dealer, Athens Exchange S.A.

Dr. Soupashis acted as a Member of the Managing Committee with BOC Provident Fund as well as used to serve as its Secretary; back in 2014 Bank of Cyprus (the employer) along with 3,840 members had committed in combined defined contributions about 1.5mln. Eur per month.

Marios enjoys hiking and running. He is an invited lecturer at the University of Cyprus, Economics department and Cyprus Institute of Management.

Vladimir in his Executive Director capacity supervises operations, administration and sales. Vladimir leads business development through the third parties as well as bears responsibility for direct CySEC communication.

Prior to joining DPRG IM, Vladimir was responsible for the management of private equity and restructuring of international assets valued over US $500M in IT, Agriculture, Real Estate and Shipping/Yachting.

While establishing himself and his family in Cyprus permanently for more than five years, Vladimir implemented strategic corporate governance policies and compliance updates as part of the group restructuring.

He pioneered a high-level e-delivery ‘paperless’ software solution for bulk freight documentation in collaboration with the biggest Russian Tel-Co (Rostelecom), which allowed for ultimate legal approval under a new Federal Legislature.

Previously, Vladimir started a construction management company from scratch, which became a 300-employee market leader in 4 years, resulting into the successful development of three large industrial parks over 1,000,000sqm, generating over US $120M in annual rent collection. He also played an instrumental role in the successful development of two Commercial Retail Centres totaling 50,000sqm and generating US $10M in annual NOI.

Vladimir has more than 15 years in developing, marketing, and selling different types of real estate (residential, retail and warehouses), as well as 5 years of capital markets experience, managing investments of family offices.

Vladimir is a holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate. He earned his B.S. and M.S. majoring in Space Engineering at Moscow Bauman State Technical University and completed his full time MBA in Finance at the Financial Academy of The Russian Federation.

Boris is an experienced banker with 20+ years of investment banking and corporate finance. Having worked at big investment firms in New York, later led and managed various investment banking business units, brought numerous fixed income and equity deals to public and private markets and advised leading companies on market access strategy. At DPRG Boris is responsible for corporate finance and structured transactions

Michael supervises the investment selection process, leads risk-taking and portfolio management operations.

He pioneered the concept of risk-averse, diversified capital markets reinvestment of quasi-equity released out of hard assets like real estate, yachts and planes and developed a few years’ verifiable track record, proving its viability.

The dual process of alpha generation and risk management, Michael put “under the hood” of the DPRG IM turn-key product undergoes real-time fine-tuning and innovation with more and more quantitative tools and digital “big data” analysis become available.

Michael has more than 25 years of capital markets experience, managing global equity and fixed-income investments “on the buy side” in various capacities, as well as 10+ years in developing, marketing and selling real estate with a few million square meters built and sold behind his belt.

Michael is a CFA Charterholder. He earned his B.S. majoring in Computer Science and Banking at Moscow State Academy of Economics and Statistics and completed full-time MBA in Finance at the University of San Francisco, McLaren School of Business.

Michael is a true cosmopolitan, having lived and worked in California and NYC for five years, shares his time between Cyprus, London, Moscow and Marbella (Spain). He is a big fan of leisure & competition events travel, sports and a healthy lifestyle, practicing ashtanga-yoga, playing tennis and doing Triathlon.
He raises two sons, both sharing passion for football.

Sergey leads the investment research supporting timely investment management decisions. His research team of both equity and fixed-income analysts uses both fundamental and quantitative approach in its analysis to generate alpha for DPRG IM managed accounts.

Sergey has 20+ years of “buy-side” experience analyzing global equity and fixed-income instruments as well as derivative markets since mid-90-s. He used his major in Physics to develop a systematic approach to research methodology to apply computerized big data tools along with algorithmic modeling with real-time updated market data.

On top of his analyst work with emerging markets, he spent ten years working as a Director of Investment and Strategy with a large Pan-European Industrial Group Real Estate Development Business with several million square meters of residential and commercial RE in its portfolio.

Sergey is a CFA Charterholder. He earned his BS with honors in Theoretical Physics at the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 1994.
Sergey is married with two daughters and is a big fan of cross-country skiing.

Stavrina Constantinou is the AML & Compliance Officer of DPRG IM Ltd, where she leads the design and implementation of the firm’s AML/CTF and compliance framework in full alignment with MiFID II and CySEC regulatory requirements.

She has over 12 years of focused experience in AML and Compliance, most of them in managerial roles, having worked in law firms, audit and accounting firms, betting companies, and investment firms. Her expertise spans regulatory licensing, risk-based compliance strategies, policy drafting, transaction monitoring, GDPR integration, regulatory inspections, and reporting to supervisory authorities. She has successfully guided organisations through complex compliance obligations while fostering a strong internal culture of regulatory awareness and control.

Stavrina holds a Bachelor in Economic Science and a Master in Computing. She is a certified professional by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), holding both the Advanced Certification and the AML Certification. She is also a certified member of the International Compliance Association (ICA), having successfully completed the ICA Certification in Anti-Money Laundering, a qualification that reflects her strong commitment to international AML standards. Her professional development is further supported by additional certifications in Business Studies, AML Systems, Computers, Accounting and Marketing. She has also attended the Lifelong Learning Trainer Programme by the Human Resource Development Authority (AnAD), with a focus on AML training delivery.

She is an active Board Member of the Cyprus Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW), fluent in Greek and English, and has a personal passion for writing, travelling, theatre and the arts.

Mr Sivitanides is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology. A highly dynamic and seasoned IT Executive focused in delivering complex end-to-end Enterprise Solutions.

Domains of special interest and expertise are: IoT, Automation, Systems and Infrastructure Management, Technology Development & Architecture, IT Service Management and Cloud Computing.
Mr Sivitanides is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and VMWare Certified Instructor. He holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an MSc in Communications Systems Engineering and an MBA in General Management.

Themis is a multi-functional, self-motivated individual with reading and programming are among his spare time hobbies.

Anton leads advisory service for external financing.. He is responsible for keeping relationships with credit departments of the lenders active and generating the best market offerings for equity released out of real estate, ships/yachts and planes.

Mr. Davidenko has more than ten year experience behind his belt working with UK and Pan-European banks sourcing financing with hard asset collateral (real estate, yachts and aircraft) for UHNW and HNW clients in the region with ticket size ranging from 5mln. up to 100mln. GBP.
He built a number of successful international family-office relationships rendering structuring advice, acting as a liaison to close cross-border lending transactions.

On his career path in corporate finance, Anton, started out as a Consultant with London based Moonlight Media back in 2010 and developed his way up to Oracle Capital Group (London office) as a Head of Client Relationships (2017).

Later in 2017 he, joined Norvik Banka UK as a Head of Family Office in London, consequently partnering with Grosvenor Advisors LLP, providing complex corporate finance, tax and legal support to UHNW clients personal and business needs.

Mr. Davidenko is multilingual (BS in Languages with honors), fluent in Farsi. He earned his Master’s in Marketing at London Metropolitan Business School back in 2011 and in General Management at Imperial London College (Tanaka Business School) back in 2008.

Anton is married and shares with his son a passion for reading with a rare hobby of studying Persian poetry in original and art. As much as he loved London, where he lived for more than ten years, he decided to make his second home on Cyprus for both business and pleasure.
