DPRG IM Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) as a Cyprus Investment Firm, with license number 454/25, granted on 24 March 2025.
The Company is authorised to provide the investment and ancillary services listed in the First Appendix of Law 87(I)/2017, in relation to the financial instruments of Part III of the same Law.
The following policies govern the provision of services by DPRG IM Ltd, in accordance with the applicable provisions of MiFID II and CySEC regulations.

REGULATORY & DISCLOSURES
DPRG IM Ltd publishes regulatory disclosures in accordance with its obligations under CySEC rules and applicable EU regulations. This includes disclosures under: Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 (IFR) – on the prudential requirements of investment firms, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/576 (RTS 28) – on the publication of information regarding execution venues and execution quality.
INVESTOR COMPENSATION FUND
DPRG IM Ltd is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF), in accordance with Directive 97/9/EC and the applicable CySEC regulatory framework. The ICF aims to safeguard eligible client claims in the event of failure by the investment firm to meet its obligations, subject to applicable conditions and limits.
